Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the delivery destination and the total weight of the package. We are unable to deliver to some destinations.

Shipping Times

All items are securely packaged and shipped via UPS within 2–5 business days after receiving your order. After the shipment is completed, delivery will take approximately 7–14 days (varies depending on the destination).

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be shipped within 2–5 business days, calculated from the next business day. The delivery date cannot be specified.

 

Customs & Taxes

The amount of customs duty and consumption tax is not fixed at the time of order but will be fixed at the time of customs clearance. We are not responsible for customs duties, import tax charges, or other fees.

We kindly ask you to note that we are unable to provide detailed information regarding customs duties, taxes, or clearance procedures. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, we respectfully recommend that you contact the customs authorities in your country.

Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations after we have made arrangements to ship the product.
