Returns & Exchanges
Unacceptable Cases
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
1. If the product has been used,
2. At the customer's convenience. (e.g., wrong order, wrong feeling, etc.),
3. Damage to the product's outer box. We outsource the shipping of our products to delivery companies. Therefore, we do not accept inquiries regarding damage to products during shipping. Please contact the delivery company for any damage to packing materials or crushed boxes.
Return Process
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the defective product and return it to us within 10 days of our reply. We will not accept any one-sided return of merchandise without prior notification.
Return Shipping Cost
We will bear the return shipping cost only in the case of defective products or returns due to our fault.
Returned Parcels
If you are absent for an extended period or refuse to pick up your parcel and it is returned to us, we will charge you for the return shipping and handling. In addition, we will not be able to resend the returned parcel.
